This was our first July 4th spent at the house. We went outside to watch the fireworks, and I knew we’d be able to see a lot, but I was still blown away by how much you can see.

It’s seriously amazing, how you can watch fireworks across 20+ miles. This doesn’t include the fireworks that were happening in the neighborhoods behind us, either. Basically it’s an ideal place to have a party, which we’re going to be doing in future years.

I don’t know if it’ll be like this on New Year’s, because that tends to be pretty cold. But it might be pretty epic on Pioneer Day as well.
